Dr. Kaylee Nesland is a graduate of George Fox University’s Clinical Psychology (PsyD) program and completed her APA-accredited clinical internship at the Boise VA Medical Center. She has experience working across a variety of settings, including community mental health, inpatient psychiatric care, forensic environments, foster care systems, couples therapy, and psychological assessment.
She has training in a range of evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and other trauma-focused interventions. Her approach integrates empirically supported care with a holistic perspective that honors the interconnectedness of mind, body, emotions, and faith. Dr. Nesland is passionate about creating a compassionate and supportive therapeutic environment where clients can work toward greater resilience, clarity, and meaningful growth.
Outside of work, Dr. Nesland enjoys spending time outdoors, being out on Lake Pend Oreille, reading, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
